Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; 18+ to serve alcohol.
• Experience as a server in a fine dining setting preferred.
• Must successfully complete restaurant training course.
• Must have knowledge of French food and wine.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they are seated and ensure the table is clean with needed utensils.
• Distribute menus and present daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them to the kitchen.
• Deliver food, beverages, condiments and other items to customers.
• Ensure food is prepared correctly and to customers’ satisfaction; return incorrect orders to kitchen.
• Collect plates and clear the table as customers finish meals.
• Prepare checks and process payments.
• Assist with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and condiments.
