Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years server experience or equivalent Tao Group Hospitality experience.
• Experience in Fine Dining preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails required.
• Basic familiarity with wine varietals and classic regions around the world required.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests.
• Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and the entire venue.
• Provide professional and exceptional service.
• Present menus, answer questions and make suggestions for all food and beverage items.
• Inform guests of all food and beverage specials, with prices.
• Solicit allergy or dietary restrictions from each guest.
• Enter all orders into the POS system accurately and follow cash/payment procedures.
• Ensure the delivery of all food and beverages to guests.
• Communicate guest needs to Front-of-House and Heart-of-House teams.
• Set up floor and opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
