La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club in San Diego, CA is seeking a friendly server to join our dining team. You will relay orders, serve courses, and support kitchen and wait staff to deliver timely, high-quality meals to guests.

Candidates should have 1-year certificate or 3–6 months related experience, a valid San Diego County Food Handlers Card and RBS certification, and a passion for outstanding guest service in a fine-dining environment.

Qualifications

• Education: 1-year certificate or 3–6 months related experience.
• Requires San Diego County Food Handlers Card and RBS certification.
• Strong guest-service orientation and professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and bars.
• Ensure all dishes are garnished according to standards.
• Observe diners and respond to requests; determine when meals are complete.
• Assist with removal of china, glassware, and silverware; clear and reset tables.
• Complete assigned side work and closing duties thoroughly.
• Must maintain valid San Diego County Food Handlers Card and RBS certification.
