Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Knowledge of wines, beverages, and pairing practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through a high-end dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and seasonal changes.
• Offer wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic pairing recommendations.
• Open, present, and pour wine according to fine dining standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Execute fine dining service techniques (tableside service, coursed meals, wine service, plating presentation).
• Accurately take and deliver orders following timing and coursing standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Maintain impeccable table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and crumb service.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide unobtrusive, attentive service.
• Handle guest concerns or special requests with discretion and urgency.
