Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Buffet Server to join our dining team in Roland, OK. You will serve beverages, assist guests with requests, and maintain a clean dining area in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes friendly service, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards while upholding the brand values of Cherokee Nation Entertainment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.

Responsibilities

• Serve all beverages ordered by guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, promptly fulfilling requests.
• Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility. Perform all pre-bussing during the dining experience to ensure tables are cleared efficiently.
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six").
