Job summary

Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in our fine dining environment. You will greet guests, explain menus, and collaborate with the Seagar’s team to maintain high service standards.

Experience in fine dining and in hospitality is preferred; high school education is acceptable. Ability to obtain required licenses may be needed. A strong focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Prior experience in fine dining is preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain government required licenses or certificates.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and provides beverage menu, answering questions and making recommendations.
• Relays orders to service bar and kitchen accurately and efficiently.
• Serves courses and accommodates additional requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Performs cleaning and side work to keep the restaurant visually appealing and ready for service.
