This role requires excellence in guest relations, strong English communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy fine dining setting with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fine dining experience required.
• Strong wine knowledge and service standards.
• Excellent guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to record orders and communicate with guests.

Responsabilités

• Partner with servers in duties; assist with table side cooking when necessary.
• Present menus with thorough knowledge; answer questions and make suggestions.
• Provide wine sales and maintain a well-stocked wine room and cellar.
• Present guests with checks; ensure accurate billing and exceptional guest experience.
