Qualifications

• Strong judgment and problem-solving to resolve issues professionally.
• Must meet the minimum legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Fluency in English is required; bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly with warm, polished, and attentive service.
• Follow established fine-dining steps of service, etiquette, and timing standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, wine, cocktails, and beverages.
• Describe menu and beverage offerings accurately, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take, enter, and communicate food and beverage orders, including allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Coordinate with culinary, bar, host, and support teams for accurate preparation and timely delivery.
• Serve food and beverages using fine-dining presentation and table-service techniques.
• Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs, and maintain place settings and appearance.
• Confirm guest satisfaction and address concerns or involve management when needed.
• Process payments and complete POS procedures; verify IDs for alcohol service.
• Maintain clean, stocked service areas and assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety requirements; participate in trainings.
