Responsibilities include guiding guests through dining experiences, crafting beverages, and contributing to ongoing beverage program development in a luxury, all-inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a server and/or bartender in refined dining.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Weekend availability (afternoon + evening) or similar scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service for Uberto Restaurant and Quercus hotel guests.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on dishes and beverage offerings, including wines, cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic options.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Create seasonal cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages with the culinary team.
• Assist with beverage program management, inventory organization, and cost awareness.
