Quercus, a luxury Relais & Châteaux property, is seeking a Server/Beverage Professional for Uberto Restaurant. You will deliver refined dining experiences to restaurant and hotel guests, with strong wine and cocktail knowledge, and a focus on hospitality excellence.

The role emphasizes collaboration with culinary and beverage teams to craft seasonal cocktails and pairing options, while maintaining the highest standards of service in a chef-driven, fine-dining environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a server and/or bartender in a refined dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service for Uberto restaurant guests and Quercus hotel guests.
• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and care.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on dishes and beverage offerings, including cocktails and wine pairings.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards.
• Create and develop seasonal cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Assist with beverage program management: inventory, orders, recipe documentation, and cost awareness.
• Execute fine-dining procedures: allergy protocols, proper markings, synchronicity, and guest communication.
• Gather details about guest preferences to personalize future experiences.
• Assist with hotel-related F&B service operations as needed.
