Job summary

Quercus is a luxury destination hotel where Uberto Restaurant seeks a dedicated Server / Beverage Professional to join a refined FOH team. You will deliver elevated service, guiding guests through the Uberto dining experience with warmth, precision, and deep beverage knowledge.

Role involves crafting seasonal cocktails, pairing wines, and collaborating with culinary and hospitality teams to enhance all guest experiences at Uberto and Quercus, including hotel service and tasting menus.

Qualifications

• Proven server and/or bartender experience in refined dining.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Availability on weekends (afternoon and evening).
• Experience in fine dining or tasting-menu settings preferred.
• CMS Introductory Wine Certification (or higher) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service for Uberto dining experiences.
• Guide guests through the Uberto experience with professionalism and care.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on dishes and beverage offerings.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Create seasonal cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages with the culinary team.
• Assist with beverage program inventory, ordering, and cost awareness.
• Maintain fine-dining service standards, including allergy protocols and guest communication.
• Support hotel-related food and beverage service as needed.
