Uberto Restaurant at Quercus in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Server / Beverage Professional to join our hospitality team. This role supports service for Uberto restaurant guests and Quercus hotel guests, reporting to our Director of Operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a chef-driven, fine-dining environment, with strong wine and cocktail knowledge and a warm, attentive service style. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a server and/or bartender in refined dining.
Strong wine, spirit, and cocktail knowledge.
Experience in food and beverage service in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service for Uberto and Quercus guests.
Welcome guests and guide them through the dining experience.
Provide knowledgeable guidance on dishes and beverage offerings.
Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Create seasonal cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages with the culinary team.
Assist beverage program inventory, recipes, and cost controls.
Follow fine-dining procedures and maintain guest communications.
Personalize guest experiences based on preferences.
Support hotel service operations as needed.
