Uberto Restaurant at Quercus is seeking a dedicated Server / Beverage Professional to join our hospitality team. You will deliver refined service to Uberto guests and Quercus hotel guests, while contributing to the beverage program’s evolution.

The ideal candidate possesses strong wine and cocktail knowledge and thrives in a chef-driven, fine-dining environment, delivering service with poise, warmth, and intentionality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a server or bartender in a refined dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service for Uberto and Chef's Tasting Menu with the team.
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on dishes and beverages, including pairings.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Create seasonal cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages with the culinary team.
• Assist with beverage program inventory, ordering, and cost awareness.
• Follow fine-dining procedures: allergies, markings, timing, and guest communication.
• Gather guest preferences to personalize experiences.
• Support hotel-related F&B service operations as needed.
