Responsibilities include assisting servers, clearing and setting tables, and maintaining cleanliness. Candidates should have 1+ years in mid-to-fine dining and a passion for exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a medium range to fine dining Food & Beverage role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Server in service to assigned tables.
• Bus tables and clean work areas as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and timing for next course.
• Run food from kitchen to table as required.
• Roll silverware and polish glasses as needed.
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages as requested.
