Job summary

Atlanta Athletic Club seeks a dedicated Server Assistant for the Men’s Grill in Johns Creek, GA. This full-time position offers 35–40 hours weekly with flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include supporting servers, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional guest service. Candidate should have restaurant experience (fine dining preferred), be at least 18, and able to obtain a pouring permit.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to guest-focused service and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club (AAC).
• Promote teamwork by assisting other team members on the floor and with side work.
• Fulfill opening and closing side work on each shift.
• Ensure tables and setups are prepared before seating.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and order throughout the shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and beverages.
• Assist servers with delivering plates and refills.
• Clean and reset tables and manage used dishes.
