Miami Members Hospitality LLC is seeking a Server Assistant for SEIA's dining team. The role focuses on food running, table maintenance, resets, and supporting the Captain and Front Server to ensure a smooth service flow with urgency and attention to detail.

• Assist with food running and service support to Captain and Front Server.
• Deliver food from kitchen to dining room following table numbers and presentation standards.
• Maintain table cleanliness, resets, and service stations.
• Support pre-bussing, clearing, and guest readiness between courses.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and escalate to supervisors when needed.
