Job summary

Vast, located on the 49th floor of the Devon Tower in downtown Oklahoma City, seeks team members to support kitchen and dining room operations. You will assist servers and hosts, manage water service, and help reset tables with care to uphold high sanitation standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quick movement, and professional interaction with guests. Previous restaurant service experience is preferred, and a neat uniform is required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant serving and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to move quickly and gracefully in the dining room.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation and dining room procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers and Hosts in properly serving food and beverages when requested.
• Responsible for water service and maintenance of water levels throughout the meal.
• Clear, clean and reset tables with service wares in keeping with sanitation standards.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dish drop area and sort accordingly.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods and ensure area looks appealing.
• Respond to guest service issues promptly and report to the Server or Manager on Duty.
