• Knowledge of fine dining service etiquette and standards.

• Ability to multitask and expedite multiple orders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist servers to provide a personable dining experience.
• Support servers through steps of service and water service offerings.
• Bus and reset tables; maintain service stations.
• Assist with course removal and plate clearing.
• Ensure tables are set to standards and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
