Zuma Restaurants in Las Vegas seeks a Food Runner/Server Support to help our server team deliver exceptional dining experiences. You’ll assist with setting up and clearing tables, delivering orders, checking guest satisfaction, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to keep service smooth.

• Must have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging table settings, refilling water glasses, and removing used dishes and utensils.
• Provide timely and attentive support to servers during service periods, including delivering food and beverage orders to tables, checking on guest satisfaction, and addressing any guest requests or concerns.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate the timing of food and beverage service, ensuring that orders are prepared and delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.
• Monitor and replenish supplies, such as napkins, utensils, condiments, and beverages, to ensure that servers have everything they need to provide excellent service to guests.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to relay guest feedback, special requests, and other relevant information, contributing to the overall success of the service team
