Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an attentive Server Assistant to join Hotel Valley Ho’s dining team in Scottsdale, AZ. You will support servers, manage water service, and help maintain pristine tables and service stations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires top-notch grooming, organization, and English communication skills, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Grooming and appearance must meet strict guidelines.
• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple orders.
• Able to service a twelve-table station during peak times.
• Excellent communication; relay guest feedback to supervisor immediately.
• Motivated, proactive, and able to take on tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Attend staff meetings and pre-shifts; support servers during service.
• Assist with water service, replenish as needed, and reset tables.
• Bus tables, maintain stations, and assist with side-work and closing duties.
• Ensure dining room standards are met and collaborate with team for efficiency.
• Follow safety rules and health codes; maintain a positive guest relations environment.
