Qualifications

• Warm, confident and engaging approach to hospitality.
• Experience in high-volume fine-dining environments.
• Ability to read tables, anticipate needs and deliver polished service.
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and menu items is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a clean, stocked service station before, during, and after shifts.
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Present specials, promotions, and recommendations with confidence and knowledge.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the Toast POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely, accurate delivery.
• Deliver food and beverages with refined service standards.
• Check back with guests, refresh beverages, and suggest dessert and coffee.
• Present checks promptly and process payments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with state and resort liquor regulations.
