• Mar Hill, NC , On-site , Part-time , Year-round
• Confidently communicate the story of Hatley Pointe/Smoke & Timber
• Work in a manner aligning with our core values of service to one another, our guests, and our community
• Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner
• Take guests orders and provide recommendations on menu items
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any guest concerns or requests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
• Collaborate with other servers and staff to provide exceptional service aligning with our core values
