Responsibilities

• Confidently communicate the story of Hatley Pointe/Smoke & Timber.
• Work in a manner aligning with our core values of service to one another, our guests, and our community.
• Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Take guests orders and provide recommendations on menu items.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any guest concerns or requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales.
• Collaborate with other servers and staff to provide exceptional service, aligning with our core values.
