Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple duties.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves assigned seating section of dining area in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provides detailed information about menu items and beverage options.
• Maintains knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits and service procedures.
• Arranges and cleans workstations and adheres to hygiene standards.
• Receives shifts as scheduled and coordinates with management on time off.
