Responsibilities

• Maintain front-of-house operations and manage the hostess team.
• Lead by example and foster growth for the team.
• Oversee P&L management, budgets, forecasting and profitability.
• Manage beverage purchasing to meet budget goals.
• Ensure proper onboarding and training for new staff.
• Oversee facility maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with marketing on initiatives.
• Close the restaurant on a nightly basis.
