Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the fine dining operations, staffing, reservations, guest services, and guest experience.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor servers, hosts, sommeliers, and staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Exquisite Guest Experience: Ensure extraordinary dining experiences and address feedback promptly.
• Culinary Excellence: Collaborate with culinary team to ensure high-quality dishes and presentation.
• Financial Management: Manage budgeting, cost control, revenue, and inventory.
• Wine and Beverage Program: Oversee wine/beverage program with sommelier.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Events and Promotions: Plan events, wine pairings, and promotions.
• Staff Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to improve skills and service.
• Partnership and Networking: Build relationships with vendors and industry professionals.
