Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems during busy shifts.
• Ability to remain composed when handling guest concerns or unexpected operational issues.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable with consistent, predictable attendance.

Responsibilities
