Qualifications

• 2 years restaurant management experience OR 2 years serving/bartending experience in a fine-dining setting.
• A genuine interest in hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership, motivational and organizational abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, Italian wine, and cocktails.
• Experience managing inventory.
• ABRA managers’ license or ability to obtain a license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all facets of restaurant operations in partnership with the GM.
• Organize and supervise daily shifts with a focus on guest and employee experience.
• Manage costs, drive sales and grow the business in line with financial goals.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop FOH and BOH staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
