Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood & Crab in Spring, Texas is seeking a skilled Fine Dining Prep Cook with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness, following culinary procedures, and collaborating effectively with the kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will communicate professionally, lift heavy items, and perform all tasks in a uniform. We offer competitive pay ranging from $16 to $22 per hour, as well as comprehensive benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Must be able to stand for 9 hours.
• Must be able to lift at least forty (40) pounds.
• Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform.
• Professional and accurate communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Checks with supervisor on duty for the prep schedule.
• Reads recipe before starting.
• Weighs and measures all ingredients.
• Cleans as you go and uses clean food storage containers.
• Follows sanitation and safety procedures.
