Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain portion control.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items per standardized recipes and guidelines.
• Wash, prep, and portion fruits, vegetables and ingredients for service.
• Assemble, portion, and garnish dishes according to plating standards.
• Monitor food quality and doneness through tasting and observation.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstations and proper storage of items.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure timely guest orders.
• Follow all food safety protocols and report hazards promptly.
