You will prepare and cook menu items in an upscale restaurant setting, maintain a clean workstation, and contribute to guest satisfaction with culinary expertise. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced kitchens, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe knife handling and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to read food tickets, menus and labels.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to use measuring tools and maintain accurate labels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Restock workstation with food products as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen areas and follow safety guidelines.
