Bar Sprezzatura in downtown Portland, inside the Heathman Hotel, seeks a Server Assistant to support a high-volume, fine-dining service. You will bring energy, attention to detail, and teamwork to every shift while providing genuine hospitality to guests.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in fine dining or casual fine dining, high-volume setting.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Prior experience as busser or server assistant in a full-service restaurant.
• Learn and retain information quickly.
• Intellectual curiosity and teamwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Move and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
