Job summary

Sparrows Point Country Club in Dundalk, MD, is seeking a full-time Line Cook to join a fast-paced hospitality team under Troon management. You will support the Chef and Kitchen Manager, prep for multiple outlets, and uphold safety and sanitation standards to ensure exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of fine dining cooking experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in a fine dining environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow direction.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Must be dependable and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for quality of all products served.
• Assist Chef/Kitchen Manager with setup and preparation of food items for all outlets.
• Follow standard recipes accurately when preparing assigned items.
• Assist with monthly food and supplies inventory.
• Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties for food preparation and storage areas as directed.
• Help distribute food and supplies across all outlets.
• Clean food production, holding, and serving equipment as needed.
• Assist with receiving and storing products.
• Maintain full compliance with Department of Health regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
