Brasada Ranch in Central Oregon, set on 1800 acres, invites a Line Cook to join Wild Rye, our fine dining restaurant. You’ll help craft dishes tied to land and season, using smoked and fire-driven techniques, with elk, venison, and local produce.

The role emphasizes precise technique, consistency, and teamwork in a high-volume, upscale kitchen. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook in a fine dining or upscale kitchen is required.
• Solid knife skills and cooking techniques including sautéing and grilling.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.
