You will collaborate with servers to ensure a coordinated dining experience, maintain waitlists, provide accurate wait times, and assist guests with inquiries while upholding our high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting guests and managing reservations.

• Strong guest-relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage entry through the lobby with a warm demeanor.

• Organize seating based on reservations and walk-ins.
• Maintain efficient table turnover and wait times.
• Provide accurate wait times and suggest waiting areas.
• Assist guests with menu inquiries and special requests.
• Collaborate with servers to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Communicate table assignments and special requests to staff.
• Keep the lobby clean and welcoming.
• Acknowledge VIP guests and provide personalized service.
• Support celebrations, dietary requests, and promotions when appropriate.
• Handle payments and coordinate with takeout when needed.
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain alignment with restaurant policies and procedures.
