Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests.
• Coordinate with servers and floor staff to ensure smooth table turnover.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand and entrance area.
• Assist with carry-out orders and to-go packaging as needed.
