Job summary

Faena Group in Miami Beach is seeking a dedicated food and beverage service professional to deliver courteous and efficient service to guests, maintain clean tables and service areas, and ensure guest satisfaction.

This role covers stocking wares and equipment, following state liquor regulations, and supporting opening and closing duties while working a varied schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment only as intended.
• Maintain positive guest and resident relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Attend Pre-Meal meeting and set up the line for service.
• Serve all food according to position numbers and replenish wares throughout shift.
• Complete closing duties and restock items for next service.
