Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to work with heated equipment.
• Follow instructions and procedures.
• Stay standing and moving for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety and handling procedures, including dating and labeling.
• Prepare grill and prep items in a timely manner.
• Cook items according to specified cook times for safety and quality.
• Follow proper knife handling procedures.
• Ensure food quality meets standards and inform management if not.
• Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping and storing.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen surfaces and equipment for sanitation.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with needed items.
• Assist with Rotisserie station as needed.
