Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando is seeking a Part-time Fine Dining Greeter who will greet guests, manage seating with server rotation, and help maintain a high standard of service. Responsibilities include handling reservations, guiding guests, and ensuring a welcoming dining environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of fine dining experience, the ability to stand for long periods, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced hotel dining setting with focus on guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of fine dining experience required.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Be able to work short distances, numerous times during a shift.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests according to server rotation and guest preference.
• Accept and enter restaurant reservations into the system according to house procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and excellent condition of menus, equipment, and work area.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements, special requests, directions, and hotel's general information.
• Answer phones in a polite and professional manner and direct phone calls accordingly.
• Monitor the floor and interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction and an enjoyable dining experience.
• Responsible for performing opening and closing duties to ensure proper restaurant setting.
