Job summary

Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando is seeking a Fine Dining Server for A Land Remembered to deliver outstanding guest service, pre-set dining spaces, and assist with side work to ensure a smooth shift. The role requires at least one year of fine dining experience, ability to lift 25 lbs, and legal work eligibility in the USA.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of fine dining experience.
Ability to lift to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests professionally.
Present menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and upsell items.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring proper presentation.
Anticipate and address guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
Handle guest payments by providing accurate change or processing credit card transactions through the POS system.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and order delivery.
Ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently for the next guests.
Keep work areas and dining spaces clean and presentable.
Attend trainings and stay updated on menus and service standards.
