IL Migliore, Boca Raton, seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will partner with the Executive Chef to realize Michelin-level standards, ensure impeccable service, and lead a high-performing luxury hospitality team in a landmark dining destination.

The role requires 8+ years in fine-dining management, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to drive profitability while upholding brand excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of fine-dining management experience or equivalent leadership in luxury restaurants.
• Proven ability to manage front-of-house operations and guest journey to Michelin-level standards.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L oversight and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day front-of-house operations and coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house teams.
• Partner with Executive Chef to ensure exceptional guest journeys aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Maintain visible floor presence to drive guest satisfaction and staff performance.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead team recruitment, training, and performance reviews; manage labor, inventory, and vendor relations.
