DMAT LLC-Aris Restaurant in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations in a fine dining environment, ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience and staff perform at the highest standard.

You will hire and train front- and back-of-house teams, monitor compliance with health regulations, manage inventory, and collaborate with the Sof Hospitality team to drive service, knowledge, and guest-curated experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant or similar hospitality operation.
• Ability to hire, train, and develop FOH/BOH staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication; guest-centric culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations to ensure service excellence.
• Hire, train, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Maintain health compliance and inventory accuracy; manage safety standards.
