Located within Wynn Las Vegas, Tableau offers a bright and sophisticated dining experience overlooking the resort's gardens and pools. The Food Server role supports gracious hospitality with attention to detail and exceptional beverage and food knowledge.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through menus, handling orders in the POS, maintaining spotless dining areas, and upholding luxury standards. Ideal candidates hold 2+ years in fine-dining service and demonstrate polished communication.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Fluent English, professional communication.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Food Server in a fine-dining restaurant.
• Demonstrated wine, beverage, and food knowledge with advanced service skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest service etiquette.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized, attentive service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses/certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service throughout breakfast and lunch periods.
• Guide guests through menu selections, daily specials, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests.
• Enter orders into the POS system and coordinate with culinary and support teams for timely service.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, allergens, and promotions.
• Ensure tables are prepared, maintained, and reset per outlet standards.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Keep service stations and dining areas clean and organized.
• Build rapport with guests through personalized, engaging interactions reflecting Wynn's luxury hospitality.
• Adhere to all company, departmental, health, and safety standards.
