As a team member you will coordinate with busters and kitchen staff, maintain a clean dining area, handle guest requests with professionalism, and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2+ years of experience as a food server in a restaurant, hospitality, or guest service environment preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume casual dining environment preferred.
• Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and attentive service to guests throughout the dining experience.

• Partner with management to resolve service issues and recover guest satisfaction when necessary.
• Maintain a positive attitude while handling guest feedback and special requests.

• Work collaboratively with hosts, food runners, bussers, bartenders, and culinary teams.
• Communicate guest preferences, allergies, and special requests effectively.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and departmental briefings.
• Support team members during peak service periods to ensure operational success.
• Accurately process guest checks and complete all financial transactions.
• Promote menu items, specialty offerings, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
