Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Food Runner to support our dining room operations. You will ensure guests receive correct orders, explain menu items, and collaborate with Front of House and Back of House teams to maintain service quality.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of fine dining experience, strong knowledge of allergens, excellent communication, and the ability to stand for extended periods while lifting up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years fine dining experience required.
• Dependability and reliability.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player is MUST.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the guest is receiving the correct order.
• Double check the order before it goes to a guest.
• Answer any questions from the guest related to the menu.
• Possess knowledge of ingredients and allergens.
• Keep stations clean, organized and stocked.
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties.
• Provide the guest with an excellent guest experience.
