Job summary

Baltimore Country Club is seeking a Server Assistant/Food Runner to support our Food & Beverage team. You will help maintain service areas, assist servers, and ensure a welcoming environment for Members and guests.

Ideal candidates bring bussing/runner experience, a professional attitude, and strong teamwork. Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs and be available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays; minimum age 16. Founded 1898, the club is among the nation’s top venues.

Qualifications

• Bussing/runner experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are important.
• Knowledge of food, beer, wine, or spirits is a plus.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Available days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 16; year-round, flexible availability required.

Responsibilities

• Set, clear, and reset tables with care and attention to detail.
• Greet Members and Guests with a friendly smile.
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery
• Keep dining areas neat, stocked, and ready for service
• Go above and beyond to ensure every Member feels welcomed.
