Job summary

Baltimore Country Club is seeking an energetic Server Assistant/ Food Runner to support our Food & Beverage team in Maryland. You will help create memorable dining experiences by keeping service areas running smoothly and assisting servers throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include setting, clearing, and resetting tables, greeting Members, and ensuring a welcoming environment. We value a professional attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced club setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in bussing or running is preferred but not required.
• Professional attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food, beer, wine, or spirits is a plus.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set, clear, and reset tables with care and attention to detail.
• Greet Members and Guests with a friendly smile.
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery.
• Keep dining areas neat, stocked, and ready for service.
• Go above and beyond to ensure every Member feels welcomed.
