Job summary

EOS Hospitality is hiring a server to deliver food from the kitchen to guests and provide attentive service in a fast-paced setting. You will verify orders, describe dishes, and ensure correct temperatures while working closely with chefs, servers, bartenders, and management.

The role requires knowledge of fine dining etiquette, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-volume service with a positive attitude. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

• Verify all food orders for accuracy, presentation, and proper accompaniments before leaving the kitchen.
• Announce and describe dishes to guests when serving.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, expos, servers, bartenders, and management.
• Assist in maintaining proper pacing and flow of service.
• Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and according to restaurant standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate needs to the appropriate server or manager.
• Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and expo lines.
• Support opening, closing, and side work duties assigned by management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude at all times.
• Adhere to company grooming, appearance, and uniform standards.
