EOS Hospitality in Miami Beach, FL, is seeking a guest-focused team member to support dining service. You will prepare dining areas, set tables, serve water, refill beverages, and ensure clean, organized restaurant spaces throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years in luxury dining, with excellent communication and reliability. AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays required, with competitive hourly pay and tips.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience.
• 1–2 years' experience in high-volume, luxury lounge or restaurant preferred.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with high-profile clients and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Flexible to work AM, PM shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Place tableware on tables.
• Serve water as needed.
• Refill beverages.
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish as needed.
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist servers and hosts when necessary.
• Maintain the restaurant areas in a neat and orderly condition at all times.
• Assist servers in checking tables for condition of plates, glasses, cleanliness, etc.
• Sweep and/mop all restaurant areas at the end of every shift.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and stooping.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds safely.
