Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Gourmet Food Runner for Spago at Bellagio in Las Vegas to deliver exquisite guest experiences. You will work both front-of-house and backstage, supporting service staff and upholding high standards of presentation and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate is 21+ with 4+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced fine-dining environment and a strong hospitality mindset, with flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• 4+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (Working in a similar gourmet restaurant) preferred.
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
• Fine dining experience.
• Previously worked in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant.
• Positive mindset and adaptability; passion for hospitality and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm greeting and guide menu selections.
• Know menu items, ingredients, preparation methods and presentation.
• Maintain table cleanliness and ensure accurate billing and payment handling.
• Assist the service team and work both front-of-house and backstage as needed.
• Support excellent guest experiences and collaborative teamwork.
